The form builder is a tool that help you create your form.

Location​

You can find this tool whenever you try to create or update a form.

Quick start / Basic usage​

  • You can drag and drop question type from the toolbox.
  • You can change the form status to use it or not in your dashboards and workflows.
  • You can undo or redo every changes on your survey, and saves it at any time.

Toolbox​

Single input init

This is the right menu. You will find here all the items for your form, click and drag an item to your form to add and edit it. More information about the properties here.

Toolbar​

Single input init

This toolbar allow you to cancel or redo a change on the form, change its settings or save it.

You can change the form name, the language and more in the settings.

Form status​

Single input init

This is the status of your form :

  • Active means that this form’s structure is created in the backend and can be used in dashboard and workflows.
  • Pending means that this form isn’t finished yet.
  • Archive means that this form isn’t used anymore.
